We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email christianmmele@icloud.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you, at your choice, at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
